How to block a user
The block option allows you to prevent an employee from accessing your chats, without losing any data or configuration.
This feature is especially useful if you have staff with intermittent relationships: now you need to block their access to Ommnio, but you don't want to delete any of their settings and information because you plan for them to come back at some point.
Is a member of your team going on maternity leave and won't need Ommnio for the next few months? Or maybe a temporary employee is leaving now but will be back next season? Block their access on the Users tab by clicking on the lock icon.
Whenever you want, you can filter by Blocked users and review who is in that state.
