Out of office message


If at any time you need to "disconnect" from Ommnio but let your colleagues know that you cannot attend to them, you just have to activate the "Do not disturb" mode. This function is the closest thing to the "out of office message" that you can activate in emails.  

1. Click on the "Settings" icon



2. Click on the "Do not disturb" option that you will see at the top:

3. Select how long you will not be available. We offer you some default periods, but you can configure the period to your liking by clicking on "Custom". In this case, we have selected until next week:

4. Activate the "Automatic response" switch if you want a specific message to be sent while you are in "Do not disturb" mode. This message will only be received by people who send you a one-on-one message during this period. If you don't activate it, they won't receive anything.  

Make sure to click "Save". You will see on your settings page that the "Do not disturb" mode is activated until the date you have chosen.

You will automatically stop receiving notifications on your mobile device and anyone who contacts you in a one-on-one chat will receive the automatic response that you may have activated.
