How do I register?

☝️IMPORTANT: To be a user in Ommnio, it is essential to have:

• An invitation from your company
• Your own mobile phone number, which will be your user identifier. 

It is advisable to install the Ommnio app (Android version / iOS version) to communicate comfortably with your company and colleagues from your mobile phone. However, you have a web version available to access from your computer. Whether you access through the app or through the web, we will need your telephone number, which is your identifier. It is there where we will send an SMS with the password for you to access. Invitation Mechanisms

Your company can invite you in 3 ways:

1. If they know your phone number, they may use it in Ommnio to invite you. When you install the app and enter your phone number, you will automatically be connected with your company, as your number will match the one provided by your company. It is also possible that your company will send you an SMS to make the process even easier. Click on the SMS link and you will see the magic: we will guide you step by step through the registration process. It will take less than 30 seconds.
2. If your company does not know your phone number or prefers not to use it, they can send you an invitation link (by email, for example).
3. If your company does not know your phone number or prefers not to use it, and they also do not want to send you a link, they can give you a QR code on paper.

☝️IMPORTANT: Your company's invitation is personal and non-transferable. It's only for you. If you share it with another colleague, they will be taking your place in the Ommnio communication groups. 😱

Registration Process

Regardless of the mechanism your company chooses, the registration process consists of the following steps:

1. Install the app on your mobile device (Android version / iOS version)
2. Register with your phone number. We will send you the password via SMS.
3. Connect with your company:
   1. If they provided your phone number, you don't have to do anything. It will be automatic.
   2. If you have a link, when you reach the page that asks for your company invitation, click on it, always from the mobile device where you have the app installed.
   3. If you have a QR code, scan it when we ask for your invitation. You will see that the app will open your camera and you can scan your code.
