What you need to know before sending an acknowldege message
- Everyone who is part of the group in which it is published will receive the mandatory reading message. If you send a mandatory reading message in the "Health & Safety" group, all members of the "Health & Safety" group will receive it, and no one else.
- Consequently, the mandatory reading message will become part of the document library of that group. Your users who are members of that group will always be able to retrieve the document by going to the group's library.
- Every acknowledge message consists of 1) a title and 2) a PDF document, which is the content of the message. You must have a PDF document with the content of your communication ready before creating the acknowledge message.
- Keep in mind that your acknowledge message is a PDF that will be read on a mobile device, so try to make the content brief and the font size as readable as possible. Ommnio provides a preview screen before sending, so you can check how the document will look on a small screen.
