Ommnio makes it easy to confirm the reading of important communications with mandatory reading messages. These are messages with the title "Acknowledge message":
Your company can choose to send you files using the same mechanism, but asking you to digitally sign the document. This will give you both the security that the signature is legally valid, just as if you were signing the document in person. In this case, the message will indicate "Digital Signature":
Perhaps at some point you may want to retrieve which documents you have confirmed reading and when you sent your acknowledgment of receipt or digital signature. You have two options:
- If you remember in which group you received the message you are looking for, access the group and follow these steps:
a. Click on the library icon of the group in the upper right margin:
b. Go to the "Docs" tab where you will see all the acknowledge message files or digital signature files that you have received in this group, and if you signed, the date you did so. The acknowledge messages always have a file icon with a star, and the digital signature ones have a small pencil icon with a stroke.
- If you want to see all the acknowledge message files or digital signature files that you have received or do not remember in which group you received the one you are specifically looking for:
a. Go to Settings, by clicking on the left upper margin icon from the groups page:
b. Click on the link "Acknowledgement history"
c. There you will see all of them, regardless of the group in which you received them and their status, confirmed/signed or not:
