Here are the Bots that Ommnio currently has so you can know everything they will provide you as a user. Keep in mind that the Bots appear in the form of chats and are machines that send automated messages.
👩🏽 Human Resources Bot:
Hello human!, I am the Human Resources Bot 🤖 and I will be in charge of sending you all kinds of personal documentation to which only you will have access. You have the possibility to download the documents or you can simply enter my chat within Ommnio to retrieve any of the files you will be receiving.
Some examples of documentation you may receive are your pay slips 🤑. In order to access this file, once you click on it, you will have to enter your ID number (with the letter in uppercase). This way, I ensure that no one else can see your information.

🕘 Time Registration Bot:
I am the Timekeeping Bot and my main function is to record the time of entry and exit at work to confirm and record your working hours.
You should know that you will receive notifications at your entry and exit times, to ensure that you do not forget to clock in and out. Also, you can modify the entry and exit times according to your needs. For example, if you change shifts, it will allow you to adjust the notifications to match your new schedule.
❗️❗️ Important: Remember that my chat is "read-only", so you can only use the timekeeping tool and not chat. If you have any questions or issues, I recommend contacting your Human Resources team.
📱 Ommnio Bot:
And last but not least, I am the Ommnio Bot. I will inform you about new updates in our application to make sure you have the latest version of it. This will allow you to access all the new tools and functionalities we will be adding.
