The "Sent" section in Ommnio allows you to send documents in bulk to employees. To send each type of document (payrolls, models...), you must create a template, which will be configured for each time you want to send it. To create a template:
- Go to the "Documents" tab, and on the left choose "Sent".
- Click on "New template".
- Fill in the details of your template.
a) Give it a name (e.g., Payrolls)
b) Choose whether you want someone to receive a report each time this template is sent (e.g., The HR team, so everyone knows that the monthly payrolls have already been sent)
c) Choose the type of document format you want to send.
d) If you have a document with multiple pages, you can enable the page separator.
e) In the code, you can choose the criteria by which the document will be sent. If the document contains the employee's code, you should only choose that option if you have that information in the database. Visit this article to learn more about user information.
f) The prefix is what will name the document that users will receive (e.g., Payslip_2025_02_CODE).
g) Here you can write a message that will be sent along with the document each time it is sent.
This is how users will receive these messages:
Once you configure the template, you will be able to send that type of document as many times as you want, saving time when delivering documents. Additionally, users will be able to find all the documents they receive in the app and on the web, in the "Documents" tab, in the "My documents" section.
