At Ommnio, we understand how important it is for all team members to know when payroll or other important documents have been sent. That’s why you can set up automatic messages to notify a chosen group whenever someone completes a document submission.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to configuring automatic reports:
Access Settings
Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.-
Install DocuBot
Go to the Apps section.
Find the app called DocuBot and click Install.

Select the Chat Group
Go to the Chats tab.
Choose the chat group where you want DocuBot to send messages (for example, the Human Resources group, where all users who need the notifications are).

Add DocuBot to the Group
In the group, click Details and then Edit Group.
Go to the section to add users and search for DocuBot.
Add DocuBot as a member of the group.

Create Your Message Template
Set up the template you want to use for sending document notifications.
Make sure to select the group in Send report to where you want DocuBot to post the messages.
