As an account, team, or group administrator, you will be able to edit certain groups depending on the permissions you have.
- If you are an account administrator, you will have access to edit all chat groups within the account.
- As a team administrator, you will be able to create and edit groups with the users under your management.
- If you are a group administrator, you will be able to manage all the groups that have been assigned to you.
If you are a group administrator, you will be able to manage all the groups that have been assigned to you:
- Images and Videos, Documents, Links, and Forms: In each of these sections, you can view all the content shared in the corresponding group.
- Members: You can see all the group members and check whether they are registered in Ommnio or not.
- Archive: This option allows you to archive the chat just for yourself, moving it to the "Archived Chats" folder.
- Pin/Unpin: With this feature, you can pin the chat to the top for all members. It is especially useful for conversations with urgent or important messages. Only account administrators can pin a chat.
- Edit Group: Here you can access all the group editing options. You can find more information in this article.
- Delete Group: To delete the group, click this option and type its name in the box to confirm deletion.
