Only Administrators (Account or Team) have the ability to see who has read a message in a group. To do this, they must:
1. In the Ommnio web version, enter the group where the message of interest is and click on the small arrow in the upper right margin of the message.
2. The following menu will open. If you click on "Information," a window will open in the right margin of the screen indicating which people have viewed the message.
