If you encounter an error or are unable to perform an action in Ommnio, you may need to clear your cache. To do so:
Open Developer Tools:
Right-click anywhere on the webpage and select ‘Inspect’ from the dropdown menu. This will open your browser’s developer tools.Reload the page and clear the cache:
Once the developer tools are open, go to the reload icon (located to the left of the address bar).
Click and hold the refresh icon until a dropdown menu appears.
Select the option that says ‘Reload and clear cache / browsing data’ or a similar option that allows you to clear the cache and fully reload the page.
Specific steps for different browsers:
Google Chrome:
Open Developer Tools (Ctrl+Shift+I on Windows, Cmd+Opt+I on macOS).
Click and hold the reload button and select ‘Empty Cache and Hard Reload’.
Mozilla Firefox:
Open Developer Tools (Ctrl+Shift+I on Windows, Cmd+Opt+I on macOS).
Right-click on the reload button and select ‘Reload and clear cache’.
Microsoft Edge:
Open Developer Tools (F12 on Windows).
Click and hold the reload button and select ‘Reload and clear cache’.
Safari (macOS):
Open Developer Tools (Cmd+Opt+C).
Click the reload button and select ‘Empty Cache and Reload Page’.
Other possible solutions:
Check your Internet connection: Make sure your connection is stable.
Update your browser: Ensure you're using the latest version of your web browser.

Refresh the tab where you're using Ommnio: Some admins keep Ommnio open in their browser all the time, so refreshing may be necessary for updates to load.
