You must use the phone number associated with your Ommnio account. If you don’t have a number, you’ll need to access it via a link or QR code. If you’ve forgotten which number is linked, please contact your manager or send an email to help@ommnio.com.

Tap "Wrong number?" or "Haven’t received the code?" in the Ommnio app if you haven’t received your OTP code. If you still don’t get an SMS, please contact us.
I’ve forgotten my access number.
Your login details are managed by your employer. If you’ve forgotten your login information, please contact your manager.
I need to update the contact details associated with my Ommnio account.
Speak with your manager, who can help update your information in the system. This update must be handled by your organization and cannot be managed directly by Ommnio.
